I am disgusted with this company, they are ******* and pay no attention to helping me in anyway. their main objection is to ***** money THAT IS IT.

Last year I get my name put on ITC by these people with NO phonecalls by them to me. I Have to phone them and query what is going on. The sum of money owing is in excess of R130 000. WHAT HOLD ON WHAT.

It is from my Capitec loan which they had bought, I only owed Capitec 60k and i was retrenched over this period. Capitec was informed.

I ask for a settlement and was given an amount of less 40% of R130 000. Yes MBD I have that amount under my mattress hold on I will bluetooth it now....

Anyway I agree to pay R100 a month to start effective November 2019 due to me finding employment again. Firstly they were not happy with this and pushed me for more and more until i eventually had to be relatively assertive with MBD representative, I mean after all I had to find these people to try uphold my name as this is absolutely tarnishing my name with the credit bureau.

Now for the good part,,,, we agree on R100 and my account is debited to date. I do a random ITC check only to find out I know owe R136 000!!!!! I am paying R100 a month to be in more debt,,,, Really... They are taxing me on R130 000 monthly WHICH WAS NOT EXPLAINED TO ME. YOU MBD ARE *****ING FROM ME AND I DISAGREE AS I WAS NOT INFORMED... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

I want this removed off my ITC report. I have been assisted by the ombudsman I will proceed till the very end

I have also reported this to the Law society and will be meeting with them today.
