*****ING ME WITH A SETTLEMENT LETTER

<p>I've been working with MBD for the past 30 months, working hard on paying all debt against my name off. Every account I settled, they send me a settlement letter, to say the account is now paid in full. Now with my last debt (Truworths & YDE), I contacted Prudence ( ********** ). She arranged to put these two accounts together as once amount, gave me a 30% discount and an amount of R4752.00 to pay over 3 months. I've honoured my part of the agreement but Prudence has been dodging me ever since. I got hold of Prudence on 07/06/16 at 09:00. I told her I've paid my full amount and now require my settlement letters. She promised to give me a call back before the end of the day and have my letters for me. Up untill now, she has never called me back. I've phoned for her every day, atleast 5 times a day, never getting hold of her, leaving messages for her to call me back, but she never has. Nobody at MBD are ables to assist me, cause they can't see what's going on on my account, since Prudence threw the 2 accounts together. I now believe that Prudence has *****ed me and stole my money. I believe she gave me her personal account nr and took the money for herself, that's why she never phones me back, and that's why NO OTHER SINGLE PERSON AT MBD CAN HELP ME.</p> <p>PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
