my makro account was handed over to this people MBD, and they called me and i made payment arrangement of R500. i have been paying this account since October last year, and beginning of this year they suggested i do a debit order to eliminate fees. the sent me the outstanding amount and how much i paid so far before the debit order. ever since they never sent me any statement to show how much im outstanding with. today 11 september I call them and tell them i have not received anything from you and you are debiting my account, the consultant told me new things, the money is not moving to show im making payments. and i have proof of emails how much was my balance and how much i have paid before debit order. this people are ripping us off. this is *****.
