Good day, I have a debit order arrangement with MBD INC for them to deduct an amount of R300.00 a month on the 25th of each month and send me a monthly statement in order for check the status of my account and determine whether l am able to pay the balance in full. However none of the above arrangement is been kept by MBD INC, my monthly debit orders has been deducted on the 24th of each month and l have not received any statements. I have contacted them telephonically requesting a statement and informing them that l will have my debit order cancelled at the bank as they are not adhering to our arrangements. Recently when l phoned them they have been dropping my call while l am still on the line. It seems that they are deducting the monies before our arranged date so that additional legal cost can be added onto my account and therefore they do not want to send me updated statements. I feel that they are there to assist clients to settle there debit they wish to add on additional legal fees to accounts so that clients accounts can remain unpaid with them in order for them to generate more money. Please advise as l would like to cancel debit order with my bank and rather pay them directly if l knew what my balance is. Account no: 78 ********** 54 ********** 24 Regards C. Layman
