Foshini-MBD Incompetence and Harrasment

I had a Foshini account that i defaulted due to retrenchment. I started paying my account and settled the amount in April 2023. Then MBD started sending me notices for payment within that month. I send them slips whare the funds were paid to Foshini Group. On June 23, 2023 and on November 6th 2023, i copied both parties in a mail and still get notifications. I went to the Midrand branch where I made the payments and the cashiers tried making calls to their head office and they ended up being frustrated as the ladies kept putting calls to an extension where there is no-one answering.

When i call on theri automated enquiry system, is states that my balance if R0.00 . and now MBD keeps on harassing me. How can I take this up and make them stop cause I cant pay twice for one debt and I did tell the lady from MBD (they never give their real names cause when I followed up i was told no one by that name works there). This is irritatingly annoying. MBD stop harrasing me. check with Foshini and sort it out and Foshini, employ people who can think and resolve issues not parrots.
