FORCING PARENTS TO PAY FOR KIDS ******** CONTRACTS

MBD has allowed Virgin active to hand over kids whose accounts are overdue. First those kids do not have any source of income, Virgin active enters into these contracts without parents consent. When they do not pay as it is inevitable, MBD starts calling unsuspecting parents and force them to pay for these contacts? How can this be allowed to continue. Is this part of the NCA to give a person with no income credit? Does the Ombudsman know about this? Why do you agree to do business under this circumstance? I am so disappointed
