FNB MBD Credit solution consultants very rude and ***********

I just received a call from a very , very rude consultant and he even hung up on me. It is not the first time Im being rudely treated by the MDB credit solutions consultants. Yes I owe FNB bank, but does that give you a permission to talk to me in that rude manner? what a rude individual I just spoke to, he even hang up on me. I have my reasons for the non-payment, the bank still have to resolve the issue first and yet Im being called by rude people whereas you FNB are the ones not resolving issues!! I regret the day I joined FNB bank in my life!
