FNB Loan
On the 15th of December 2025 I received a call from a lady/ consultant by the name of Thembi regarding a settlement offer for my FNB Loan. She advised that if I pay the account on that day the 15th of December 2025 MBD will grant me a 20% discount. I agreed to pay the amount and also send her POP. She advised that she will send the POP to FNB so that they can update my account and also provide a settlement letter in 14 days. We are now in January haven't received any response from Thembi. Now I have new debt collectors calling me about the same loan. I am honestly disappointed at Thembi 's level of professionalism. @MBD can I kindly get my paid up letter.
