Florence

I have been calling MBD since the beginning of January requesting for a letter which states that one of my accounts is being paid through them, it’s now towards the end of the month since I’ve been waiting. Every-time I call, Florence always tells me it’s been emailed, and funny enough I never receive those emails. I even gave Florence my personal email address, but still I haven’t received anything yet. I am really sick and tired of calling you guys, as on top of that, you hold for hours before someone even answers. Sometimes the calls are even dropped, whilst you still holding, and then you have to start the whole process again.
