Flagged for a debt which prescribed over 20 years ago.

They flagged me for a debt which prescribed 20 years ago.on 22 May 2026 I asked for a prescription letter,they indicated that I will receive it within 24-48 hours from 24 May 2026 even today on 04 June 2026 they did not send the letter.I have already followed up 4 times via phone and emails still I am not asissted.
