Financial Reputation tarnished with no follow up by MBD credit soultions

I have been trying to contact MBD credit solutions after for ther longest time with no luck, eventually when I got through after being stalked for invalid payment collections. The consultants refer me from one department to another. My query with MBD was to establish which creditors I owe so I can settle my accounts only to find out that I am still listed for accounts that were paid years ago but no letter was sent to the financial institutions and myself clearing my name. Furthermore ********** accounts were open in my name and in the interim whilst trying to remedy the situation the consultants told me that I have to follow up myself on these accounts. Which I don't understand as my assumption would be that the consultant would assist me and try to give me all the information I need versus reffering me.

I fail to understand how any company can take legal action prior to following up on the finer details of what they are listing you for. This has resulted in my credit record being badly affected and all MBD can do is follow up on collections they cannot give definitive answers to.
