Fed up with MBD (Debt Collectors) - Hyde Park

Good day Hello Peter,

I request your assistance please. I have been called and sms'd on numerous occasions regarding a payment of a Truworths account. Kindly see below.

"Immediate payment of R1000.00 is required on your TRUWORTHS acc. Call MBD on (011) ********** to avoid further action. Ref: ********** ********** "

I have told the consultants politely that I am Not the person the are looking for and this was confirmed when MBD's consultants told me they are looking for a RN Radebe. I told them I am not that person and I have no idea who that is - after requesting my number be removed from their system, i was told my number has been removed.

However I am still being called, still being left voicemail messages and they are still asking for a RN Radebe.

This is very, very frustrating due to the fact that I dont even own a Truworths account, how is it possible for MBD to have my number - I have not given any consent for my contact number or personal information to be handed out to any company, especially a company like MBD that harasses whoever they want to.

Kindly assist me with the above, all I request is my number be removed from their entire Data Base so that I stop getting calls and sms's.
