Fast to take money.... and that's it.

They harassed me constantly over phone call after I numerously asked for it to be on email so that I could have it in writing. I have settled my over due account with them on 19 Dec 2022. I was told that a letter of settlement will be sent to me within 7 working days. It is currently the 11th business day and whenever I try to follow up on the letter (as it is quite urgent for me to receive), reception tries to transfer me but always goes over to Voicemail. As a professional myself, it is crucial to have everything on writing and they will avoid it at all costs. Not happy by the service of this company. Fast to ask for money, but once accounts have been settled it is nearly impossible to get co-operation from them. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!
