false summons

I have had it with MBD sending me emails and sms while my debt was paid up in March. They promised to send me a settlement letter but still today instead they have given me a new debt and sent summons to me. Im not owing this company any money Please send my settlement letter as promised and stop asking me to pay more money i have no idea where it comes from.
