False Listing on the Bureau

I recently checked my credit report, and found out that MBD has listed me on the credit bureau. I called them and I was told that I have no active account with them. Now I asked for them to remove that listing they said I must call the credit bureau to check which I was listed for, I did that and I was then told to call MBD because they are the ones that listed me. I just want them to clear their listing as I don't even have an outstanding account with them.
