False information and threatened legal action, and rude consultants.
Good Day, i received a random sms, saying that i owe MBD for my outstanding credit card. I dont have an outstanding credit card with MBD and whoever that is. I then receive an sms threatening legal action if i dont make payment. When i called in, they said my number is wrongly allocated to the query. When i tried to find out more, they just put the phone down in my ear.
