False info to settle accounts MBD I***-4

This is the second time me coming here since i have posted my dissatisfaction with mbd. 10 months ago they arranged a discount with me on my vodacom account which still remains on my credit report as not paid i have contact them 10 months ago for a paid up letter which i haven't received to this date. I phoned vodacom legal and they contacted them, they denied the arrangement that we made in February by saying there isn't such while i have proof. Their agents are very rude they know little about customer care. This company has been a nightmare to my life. Never ever make an arrangement to settle your account with this people, you will regret it
