false arrangements

Good day.<br> One of your consultants insisted I change to a debit order as there wont be any interest charged. He knew full well what my payment arrangement was. It is now 4 months down the line and I am still being charged interest, furthermore, you are debiting my account on the 24th when I only get paid on the 27th, incurring reverse charges. When I called on 3 different occasions, your *********** staff, who are unprofessional and rude respond by saying that the employee who advised me, no longer works there. While I understand that you are debt collectors, you need to present yourselves in a professional manner. Tricking people into things, just to collect money is a dishonest act and if taken to court, it will be seen as a professional misleading the lay. <br> <br> Please get one of your senior staff member to sort out please.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Ashley James
