False account/Harassment

<p>1. Truworths account paid off and settled in June 2012, submitted all documents over the last 5 years and still being called to say that I owe money, ITC doesnt even reflect this account.....</p> <p>2. Made arrangements to debit my account on Friday, consultant calls again on Monday to advise that no updates were done, I find it unprofessional and time consuming, for systems to reflect different notes all the time that consultants cant allows check the history of the account before calling thus affecting and spoiling moods of clients</p>
