Good day, i have been bombarded with phone calls by representatives of a company called MBD [URL Removed] according to them i owe them around R.12000 for my cellphone account with MTN.<br> I made numerous phone calls to their call center, talking to supervisors, for which i have recorder conversations - trying to explain to them that i do not have account in areas with MTN , they do not want to listen, instead they want me to make affidavit at the police and send it to them. I am of the opinion that if they say i have account in arrears , they need to send me official document proving that, as well as letter or summons to attend a court where the judge can determine if i am right or they are right. They refuse to send any official correspondence or letter of demand <br> I have documents proving my innocence but they insist that the information they have they get it from MTN and only MTN can withdraw my account from their company. But MTN can not withdraw my account from them simply because i have NO account in arrears with MTN , so technically they can not withdraw anything.
