Failure to respond to debtors!

Emailed MBD on 02 November to request some leniency in my commitment to them as I have been assessed by SARS and have to pay off my outstanding taxes. (Which I think takes priority). I provided proof of the SARS assessment and amount due in my email to MBD. I sent this through to 3 emails to the addresses which I have on record for MDB accounts. No return email or delivery failure so I assume they received them. I then found another email (on one of my statements) for an Advocate which is handling my case. I emailed that person on the 23 November... and yet again no response or delivery failure on my email.

I was then whatsapped on the 23 November by a person at MBD (name disclosed) and I responded immediately explaining my email and then forwarded the same email to them. Since then I have been continually harrassed and still no formal response to my original email on 02 November 2021. As per my previous review of this company, they make money off administration charges to debt ridden people and do not respond to emails or whatsapps. I will not answer your calls and only respond to emails as I want proof of our communication.
