FAILURE TO RESPOND, NO COMMUNICATION

I have attempted numerous times since last week to phone on the landline without any success, land up in a queue and as soon as I get to nr 1, I get prompted to leave a message. I have left 3 messages - no reply. I also send two emails - no response. Pathetic service. I need a manager to urgently contact me.
