Failure to respond
I am tired of receiving SMSes from their offices notifying me that they will be issuing me with a summons for my SBSA credit card despite me sending them the paid up letter and proof of payment on numerous occassions which reflect that this credit card has been settled IN FULL on 10 November 2011. Today I spoke to them again after receiving yet another threatening SMS and yet again forwarded the exact same email with the paid up letter and proof of payment.
