Failure to remove their name from my credit listing
Greetings, I’m Mushwana. This debt collection office is linked with Capitec Bank and once handed over, they never remove their name from your ITC listing.
I paid them off on Dec 2020 and to date they have not remove their name from my listing and they make excuses when I call them.
