failure to produce a statement

my makro account was handed over to MBD on the 5th of February with a balance of R7674.80. on the 17th of February I made a payment ofR7500. on the 23rd I called MBD after I went ot makkro and they informed me I have R360 outstanding, according to you guys I have an outstanding balance of R1600. 1.Why am I charged for emails and calls according to your consultants? 2. How did I accumulate R1600 in 11 days and only R300 or so in 8 months of non payment. but my game account also handled by you guys is up to date?<br> This is Day light ******* and now you are failing to email the statement I requested showing exactly how you got to that amount. how come is my makro account being handled differently to my game. You claim to send emails that one cannot trace and you never answer your phones and when you do everyone is in a meeting and you don't bother calling back. But that is because you want to call me and charge me for calling. RCS hired you not me so they should pay you. Kindly send the statement or call me with a good explanation and outline of the costs so we finalise this matter.
