Failing to provide a detailed statement but being constantly harassed

I have been receiving lots and lots of harassing phone calls from your agents, I am formally requesting a detailed statement with the initial loan amount, ALL payments made since day one, and that is not what I have been receiving, this account is more than 15 years old. I need all the proof and evidence from you. I need a breakdown of balances, interests charged, original credit agreement, all my payments records, not this thing that you send with just a balance. Balance of what? From when to when? For what?

If the calls persists before I get that detailed statement, I will be lodging a complaint with the Council of debt collectors, Debt Collectors Board, National Credit Regulator, Legal Practice Council, National Financial Ombud Scheme and everywhere else where I need to report to because this is ridiculous, how do you harass me like this when you cannot send me a detailed statement I requested, I have a right to that information. You have now started calling my work number, putting me in trouble with my boss. It's time I take this further, I cannot afford to lose my job because of constant calls from MBD agents that cannot fulfill one single, simple request of sending what I am entitled to request and get.

If ever I get a call from any of the agents I am reporting MBD attorneys, what you are doing is *******. I have been patient for far too long. You can send summons if need be, let's just deal with this the legal route. I have been sending emails but it looks like people are not even bothering themselves with even listening to understand what I am requesting. Pathetic and ridiculous.
