Extremely unfriendly and poor service.

I would like to know what is going on. This collection company phoned my wife called MBD Attorneys. They are extremely rute people and don't know what is happening within their company. My wife was called on the 12th of September 11:25 from the following contact number *** saying they're calling from MBD Attorneys for an outstanding RCS personal loan, on this call she gave the consultant permission to speak to me regarding the account. A payment arrangement was made. Then on the 14th of September 10:34 my wife received another call from MBD Attorneys from a different number *** and once again I spoke to them and said that an arrangement was made. On that day she was called twice. Then again on the 16th of September 11:25 another extremely rute lady consultant phoned this time from a Cape Town number *** all these calls from a supposedly same company. On this call the lady did not wanted to speak with me and insisted on speaking to my wife, which suffers from epilepsy after my wife gave MBD Attorneys permission to speak to me, this lady had no information regarding my wife's arrangement to make a payment towards the account saying that their is no arrangement on her system. How is this possible? Why so many different contact numbers? My wife's details is Luzaan Pretorius I'd number ***. After reading some of the other complaints about MBD Attorneys makes me scared to even making any payment to this company. Please stop the harresment. A payment arrangement is made and sort out the internal problem that all your systems gives the correct information. Hope I will here from tabout this matter in writing my email is ***. Thank you.
