extremely rude staff

Received a call last night at 8:15pma from one of your consultants who was very rude. Firstly I have informed MBD time and again that the client is only a relative and is currently abroad. Secondly, the consultant had no right to tell me that she would continue calling me until payment is made. thirdly I don't belive a proffessional company should be disclosing any information to clients family and friends. I definitely will not be taking any calls from this company and hope that' EDcon and jet get an alternative debt collector.
