Extremely rude agent
The worst experience ever, agent was literally shouting at me and not giving me a chance to speak and all of this for something that was cleared up months ago. Now when I try to call them the minute I mention my name, they hang up the phone. The agents name is Jane and I really didn't appreciate such treatment.
