extremely poor service

I got a call to settle my account through them which I gladly did with no hesitation I was then told I would get my settlement letter within 24 hours which now days later and still nothing. I called them today only to be told I cannot speak to a supervisor or any management as they cannot transfer calls. extremely poor service from their end and i am still with out a settlement letter .
