EXTREMELY poor customer care service on refunds

This is probably the worst attorneys I've ever dealt with. Their customer care service consultants NEVER answer their calls but the collections department is super quick to take your money. I paid in a surplus amount to close off my account and cannot get any help with a refund. Their phones ring for hours on end and when answered they simply hang up.
