EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Terrible service from MBD Credit solutions!I have had a TFG adccount with them,i have approached them in June to advise on a proposed payment plan.Mama Nkosi had spoken to me to advise that the arrangement has been accepted.I pay them monthly with an extra amount from time to time to reduce my debt.From the past 3 weeks their consultants call me only to advise that no arrangement have been captured!EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
