Extremely Bad Service

I have been calling for two weeks now trying to get a letter that the account has been closed on their side to date two weeks later I am sitting with six numbers and 5 email addresses all provided by your agents. I have called them all Nothing I have sent emails to all the email addresses no responses at all from any of them each time I call I cannot be assisted I am referred to someone else who i can never get ahold of.
