******ed by debt collections agency

Hello Peter the above company is full of *******,I have a capitec debt that was handed over to them i have paid more than R60000 but my debt balance is going up instead of decreasing. I requested a statement and I've waited for more than 3weeks just for a statement. I want my money back they are ****bags.
