Even if you settle debt THEY DON"T
I settled an account with them over 1 year ago, I sent proof of payment more than once. The debt still reflects on my credit report. No response to emails. And now they have started phoning me again. I know I have nothing else outstanding so why the new harassment unless it is for the debt I already settled with you that you conveniently have not rectified.
