Even if you pay up for the account they won't give u the letter or anything showing that the account has been paid up in full
they refused to send me the paid up letter and the contract was opened by someone else okay fine it's paid up for in full they still refused to send me the paid letter they said 48 hours 72 hours 2 days letter cause they don't count weekends and when I tried going to the website for it show it's on zero balance I'm unable to login saying I don't have a account with them

25 Oct 2025, 09:38Update it's been more than 4 days calling this company non stop to try and get a paid. Up letter they no longer picking up my calls once I give them my ID they drop the honestly if anyone knows where can one report them please let me know cause I'm sick and tired of them
