Empty promises

This is so unacceptable, they phone us to pay our debts, but they don't bring their share to the party. I HAVE PAID MY EDGAR'S ACCOUNT THROUGH THEM ON THE 8 OF JUNE, HOWEVER THE Agreement was should I pay the account, my credit status will be updated within 21 days, 21days are gone and we are going in for a 42 days now already and nothing has been done. THIS IS PATHETIC AS TO WHENEVER YOU WANT TO SPEAK TO A TEAM LEADER THEY ARE ALWAYS EITHER BUSY OR IN A MEETING, OR WHEN YOU ASK FOR SOMEONE HIGHER IN CHARGE HE IS ALWAYS THE ONE ARRANGING THESE MEETINGS. THIS MUST COME TO AN END TO THINK YOUR SUCH AN ESTHABLISHED ATTORNEY FIRM, WITH SUCH A BAD REPUTATION ALL OVER THE INTERNET.
