Empty Promises

I contacted MBD attorneys for my African Bank settlement letter because i want to buy a house, the lady who helped me told me that if i make the payment today i will receive my paid up letter the next day, 3 days after that i am still struggling to get my paid up letter, now i am going to loose the house that i want to purchase, this is unacceptable, now they want to tell me that they cannot give me the paid up letter, African bank will give me the paid up letter but the settlement letter id from MBD and not African Bank
