Emfuleni Municipality Account

Since January 2015 persons from MBD keep on phoning me about an arrear account on my Emfuleni Municipality account. They told me I owe them R14,000. I did the payment in two instalments. <br> After that the personnel of Emfuleni Municipality checked my account, and gave me a credit of R13,000.<br> My account is still in a credit, but the people from MBD still keep phoning me, demanding a payment of R8,000.<br> I have e-mailed all the documentation several times, but they still keep on phoning me.<br> Is there nobody at MBD doing their work? If the phone calls keep coming, I surely will contact the Ombudsman.<br> <br> Yolanda Myburgh
