Emails on Sundays and Workplace calls

I have told their call agents numerous times to stop calling me at work. I have the right to confidentiality. Our work calls are recorded and monitored, this breaks my confidentiality. I have provided three call agents with my correct cellphone number. The last one confirmed it to be on the system, yet no miss calls reflect on my phone from. Therefor they have not attempted to call me on my phone and use my workplace as a tactic.

They also contact me on email on SUNDAYS AND OUTSIDE NORMAL HOURS, yet call agents tell me they can not email me?? I have emailed them numerous times to confirm that I have been paying a set amount without any issues.
