Edgars account still not closed

I closed my Edgars account on 2 June 2021. I settled my account and requested for my account to be closed. It was apparently never done.. I am now getting phoned about my account. Millicent phoned me this afternoon from MBD at 12:09. I told her I paid my account in full and requested that the account be closed and now I have been black listed and would love to know what they are doing about it. She put the phone down in my ear. Please can you assist in resolving this matter. 1. To close my Edgars account as originally requested, 2. write off the money that I am not sure what it is for as I have not used my account in 2 years and 3. to take the blacklisting off.
