Edgars account Mbd

Good where I start a few months I got handed over to mbd and vvm for an Edgars account that got behind got a mail on 1 October 2021 I got a mail that said I need to pay R 97.00 which I paid a R100 on the same dai then I called Edgars but they said my account is no longer with I need to call vvm which I did and they sent me a paid up letter than I took that letter mailed it to mbd so that they can't stop sending me text mailing me but I'd didn't sto the just kept on emailing me texting me I called many times and they said they would look into it I got mail address toe send my paid up letter again but the email keep on saying that it failed could you guys please just help me please
