EDGARS ***

Had an account which was handed over to MBD. It is paid up in June 2020 In July I went to the store where they contact their customers service. The lady I spoke to advise she will send me a paid up letter which I have not received to date. She advised that my credit profile will be updated within 24 day and it has not been updated. There is a credit balance of R 159.58 the very same lady advised MBD must refund me. I contacted MBD and they tell me Edgar's must refund me I don't care how much it is I want my refund.
