Double Charge

My Vodacom Account was handed over and I was receiving non-stop messages from attorneys to make payments I settled the account on the 15th September 2017 but struggling to receive my paid up letter. However today I received another message that my Vodacom Account was handed over to MBD INC. again how is that possible as I settle the account on the 15th September 2017. You can send emails as much as you like they don’t respond.
