Dont understand

Hi<br> <br> I dont understand to as to whats happening with my account ,I' ve been paying for the account since from June and when I first called in ,I was told my I owe R4 Thousand and something been paying from then ,I enquired today about the account and was told almost the same amount it puzzled me and I called the call centre was told about fees that were never explained to me before ,was suprised also that I get to be billed by calling them,I think you really need to educate people first to what they owe ,hence I never received any statement regarding the account .
