DONT PAY THEM! Pay bank directly or they will charge you again in a few years!
We paid our settlement in full through MBD. MBD offered us this arrangement and then after payment they couldn’t care less about doing their job. Three years later we get a call we owe them money and they are not interested in going back to check their records or their wrong doing.
