Don't fulfill promises - Worst company to deal with!!!

I paid up my Edgars account in full on the 28th April and I am still awaiting the Settlement Letter which I was promised I would receive 7 days later which I haven't. When we owe money they harass us twice to thrice daily yet they don't keep to their promises. I called them on Wednesday and still haven't received the letter as yet. Please send me my paid up letter and clear my name on ITC
