Don't care for the client
I paid my account in full, as the amount received from them what the settlement is. I received a SETTLEMENT confirmation that this account is now closed on 06/02/2023, the same day - this was never sent to the credit bureau's - Now they want to tell me I need to wait another 21 working days. I don't have 21 working days to wait!! This is very urgent. I already sent 2 emails today, no feedback
