DON T HAVE A CLUE WHATS GOING ON

I'm so fed up with them. I have a outstanding account with them and about two weeks ago Grace phoned me and told me I qualify for a 50% discount. She asked me if I would be able to settle this account then. I said yes, I will do the payment on 26 January 2024.

I asked her to mail me the settlement offer so I have proof because they never have the same story or amount. I'm still waiting. I then received a call 25 Feb 2024 and spoke to a lady, and she asked me if I'm still paying this amount on the 26th and when will I pay the balance? I told her Grace gave me a offer to settle the 50 % discount. She told me she will phone me back, toady the same thing different person and still waiting.
