Doesnt allocate payments and doesnt want to give my paid up letter

Please be careful. I have received my credit report today, just to find that MBD has not shown one of my payments. I paid up my other account and yet one and a half months later I am still waiting for my paid up letter. If they want to give me such a bad score then maybe I should stop paying them.
